Parmesan Chips

These little Parmesan wafers are great just as a snack, or are a nice addition to a Caesar salad instead of fresh Parmesan.

Place heaped teaspoons of freshly grated parmesan 5cm apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and bake at 180*C for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and just starting to change colour.

Allow them to cool slightly before removing them from the tray.

100gm of Parmesan should make about 20 wafers.
